Welcome to today's First Edition Friday Question, where you get a chance to answer questions that will help shape the future of First Edition. If you'd like to catch up on previous entries, here's a list of all of my previous Friday Questions:
Hello folks, and welcome back to this week's Friday question. I hope that you've been enjoying the spoilers for A Private Little War - there are plenty more to come. It's a jam-packed expansion, and there's some stuff in there that I hope will make some of you very happy. And happiness is very much the topic of today's question.
I've had a really difficult week. I struggle with my mental health at the best of times, and 2020 has been pretty far from the best of times. This week, I've struggled to respond to messages, to sleep, to wake up, to eat wisely, to get work done, and to just be a human at times. Don't worry - I'm okay, and it's just the ebb-and-flow of managing my mental health. But one of the tricks I've learned when things get bad in my brain is to lock onto things that make me happy now, or have made me happy in the past. And I figured that would make a good topic for today.
What makes you happy in First Edition?
Maybe it's building a new deck, or cracking some packs. Maybe it's getting all the characters that appeared in a story together into play at the appropriate mission in-game. Whatever it is, I would love to hear about situations that made you smile in a game of 1E, or anything that makes you happy in the world of 1E.
Thank you for reading. Have a great weekend, and take care of yourselves.
