I believe it might be impossible to add anyone who has any sort of moderator permissions to your foe list. Many CC members have moderator permissions for specific subforums for their working groups.

That's not really something that can be changed.

If you somehow know who foe'd you (I don't believe the system tells you that), you can just foe 'em back.

The foe stuff is one of those things that's built into the forum software. I'm loathe to touch it unless something is broken.

If you don't want to see messages, add them to the foe list. That's how it's designed to work.
