Hi guys,

question: Brain Drain's commentary says ...
Nerf. Limited to once per turn and you are no longer able to see all your opponent's personnel in play.
I am not?

Since it does not say 'random selection' or anything, that means I am able to see all the personnel's names in a crew or Away Team.
(Just like Tantalus Field, for example.)

Hence, I do not understand the comment.

The original version just played, and let you choose any personnel, anywhere, hence you could look at all your opponent's personnel.

With the new version, you have to play it on a crew or Away Team, and can therefore only look at the personnel in that crew or Away Team.
