First of all, I am not sure how to read Buried Alive dilemma. Suppose I seed Buried Alive dilemma under my own Cytherial Lure Mission. The first sentence of the dilemma does does not apply (it is "if you did not seed this dilemma" mission attempt ends). But it seems (?) that the second part applies anyway. So I add "Space" to Cytherian lure and if there is staffed ship there I can reveal Cytherians as a second card and score 15 points immediately. I must travel to Cytherian Lure and I am already there. I can seed another Cytherians on a space mission just next to it for another 15 points and for cost of three seedcards I have "30 points in an instance. Is this correct reasoning or do I read Buried Alive wrong?

If you DID seed Buried Alive, it wouldn’t place on the mission, so nothing for it to add to.

"If you did not seed this dilemma, place on mission and attempt ends." If you did self seed, it's not placed on the mission at all so it doesn't do anything.

Short answer: don't self-seed Buried Alive.
