If my Kivas Fajo is present with my opponent's artifacts, who gets the points?

Huh...I'd have always assumed it was you, but as it's worded, I kind of actually think it's your opponent...it says that the artifact is worth 5 points, not that HE is. I always had assumed it was worded like "Worth 5 points for each unduplicated artifact present."
