If I sort in the deck builder to TNG block by expansion is this all of the cards that are legal or am I missing some?

I believe you'll be missing the cards from Warp Pack: Emissary -- you'll presumably only want the personnel from there. But also, that search will pick up all of the cards from the previous block (sets: Life From Lifelessness, Straight and Steady, Shades of Gray, BaH!, Resistance is Futile), which are not legal for this tournament.

It surely is a pain to make a deck in a card pool like this. I wish the advanced search had multiple choice for the sets.

That being said, I'm excited to finally play a real game via Lackey!

Sorry for the delay. I was trying to wait for the other result, but at this point I'm going to go ahead with the pairings for round 3. This is the final round -- BUT -- there's a risk that we may have two undefeated players after this round. If that occurs, I'm considering the idea of a Final Confrontation, so that the victor isn't decided by tiebreaks. What do you guys think of that?

I am not overly familiar with Final Confrontation, but I am clever for whatever. The issue I have is non-availability after Sunday night until the 4th. Other then that, I am good to go.
