I had zero missions completed going into my last turn, completed two, and cleared out the dilemmas under a third, but unfortunately couldn't solve because I needed Cunning > 35 and my crew had EXACTLY 35 cunning left. Literally 1 CUNNING short. 1E craziness!!!!!!!!
