This is a Rainbow Sealed event. Players will receive a random Second Edition or Call to Arms starter deck, along with a single pack of each physical set Decipher produced. (Please note that packs of Necessary Evil and Reflections 2.0 will be simulated.)
Regular constructed rules apply, except the Reinforcement Rule will be in place. Players may play personnel to a Headquarters mission they don't normally report to at a cost of +1.
