Second Edition Chair's Challenge Event!

We're kicking off on Worlds Weekend so everybody who plays gets TWO shots in the drawing!
Tournament starts on Friday 10/7 to allow the weekend for first round games.
Lackey and an agreed-upon form of communication (generally Skype) are required.
Tournament will last 3 rounds unless we get more than 8 players, in which case we will expand to 4 rounds.
