Update... The mall opens at 10am, so we will be starting the draft at 11:00am.
Annual Rochester, MN Draft Regional!
Based on discussions with some of the other DS9 players, the opinion is that we may want to play Full 100 point games instead of the normal 70 point games from the official Dangerous Missions Draft rule set.
Once all players are checked in, we will vote on which of the following 3 formats to use. The format that wins the plurality of the vote will be what we play!
a) DM-style rules... 3-5 missions, 2 missions for the win 70 points, 20 card draw decks 10 card dilemma piles - people need to supply their own DM set.
b) Starter + draft... Standard rules. Start with a starter and add your drafted cards to it?
c) Starter + DM + Draft... Like B, but you get DM cards with it?
Bring your own Dangerous Missions set if we do end up using it. I have ONE sealed TNG Dangerous Missions set left, which can be purchased on the day of the tournament for $12 (whether or not we end up using the DM cards).
Regardless whether we use Dangerous Missions, a Starter Deck, or Both for our drafting base, we'll each draft the following 7 packs:
1 Premiere
1 CtA
1 Premiere or CtA
1 Ref 2.0
1 SnW
2 IAMD or TAtV or CL or TBG
