Each player will get a random TNG or DS9 starter.
However....
The entire 1E OTF ban list will apply!
-One of each banned card will be shuffled into a pile
-The pile will be randomly distributed among the players
-You may add any, all or none to your deck
-Each player will also get 2 x Space, 1 x 1962 Roger Maris Baseball Card and 1 x Isomagnetic Disintegrator
