FederationThese are the Holograms...
Introduction
Decided to try the These Are The Voyages, thought I'd taken out the stuff for Seek Out New Life + Neutral OP for Chef but only took out the Neutral OP. Extra seed card possibly would've helped.

Round 1ByeBY (0)

Round 2BajoranSebastian KirsteinFL (-35)
Seppl is dropping Bajoran Raiders and one free play, getting card draws from Shipyards, Resistance Cell, New Arrivals, Study Divergent History and the Kira that looks out how many staffed ships are at her location. Mistake #1 - not realizing that Dallas was the only Physics that I had in play for my space mission so, when passing Rules of Obedience, I couldn't solve. Mistake #2 - not realizing that Holodeck Door's last function can prevent a hologram from being deactivated. Mistake #3 - Not putting some Medical on the ship at my planet attempt (he seeded Buried Alive) I had covered most of the space dilemmas but not the Cloud.

Round 3Manuel Rupprecht FW (+100)
I closed the Black Hole on turn 2, went to a space mission and managed to get through Arsenal - V'Ger (Thanks Amanda Cole + T'Pol) and Cytherians. With Risk is Our Business for the download of WNOHGB, it took all of my range to get back, stopping at Explore Dyson Sphere. Despite losing Gibson to Ankari Spirits, I still had the requirements to cure that dilemma. Next turn, another Cytherians so went to the other side, then came back to solve Explore Dyson Sphere for 45. Thanks to 70 bonus points (2 Cytherians, V'Ger, Examine Singularity for 15 and 20 AMS points) I solve my two non-Pegasus Search space missions for the win at 140 points.
