DS9Finest Academy Crew - DS9
Introduction
It's the same identical deck from GenCon since 1) It was already made and 2) It didn't lose at GenCon and still didn't win the tournament. Coupled with Finest Crew and Persistent dilemmas it was going to be interesting.

Round 1DS9Unjustly BannedFW (+65)
First up is the person who deprived me of my win at GenCon playing a 90% copy of my GenCon Academy deck :) I'm off quickly, going second and getting Enrique who is getting a card draw on practically every turn of this game. Quick jump by getting around an Insurrection at my first space mission thanks to the Centaur to have exactly 36 Integrity was awesome. Meanwhile I'm stopping him with back to back We'll Never Know (or whatever the 3 Physics planet dilemma is) I am working on my last mission when he finally gets through Track Survivors but has nothing to show for his space mission thanks to Optical Delusion. I solve my Track Survivors on the next turn.

Round 2TOSNicholas YankovecFW (+25)
Nick is playing TOS low attribute missions as well. I am not drawing a ship for a while, longer than I'd like and give him an extra turn when I forget to place mission skills on the ship to solve Investigate Destruction. However, getting five turns worth of stops at his space mission with Coolant Leak, Optical Delusion, Breaking the Ice, etc. helped to make up for that. The key was getting around his Causal Recursion with Promenade School - not only to get rid of it but to get around an Insurrection at Host Metaphasic Shielding Test with Melora Pazlar getting some of Worf's Integrity to put my six people over the top. Nick managed to get an attempt in for his final mission but I gave more than enough to hold him off at Historical Research before walking through Track Survivors for the win.

Round 3Terok NorTobias RausmannFW (+30)
Tobias was playing Terok Nor for a two mission win. I used Holding Cell on Dukat but he played Tacking Into the Win the turn after. I solve my two space missions at roughly the same time that he solves Kressari for 65 points. I get a good stop at Deliver Prisoners to give me a potential three team attempt at Track Survivors. My first team involving Quark and Ross got past Occupational Hazards, leaving me (once the other two 1-stop dilemmas did their job) just enough to get the Cunning method done to solve the mission for the tournament win.

Closing Thoughts
If I hadn't played James and Tobias in back to back tournaments, I would've gotten the 100 different personnel achievement too :)
