Introduction
This deck is Kazon, and it makes full use of the ability to attack and harass the other players ships, as well as having an opening gambit. I am seeding liberation, but not caretakers array. If the other player is seeding caretakers array, and I am going first, this deck will steal the other players seeded ship 100% of the time by seeding a kazon shuttle, and fishing for Minnis with Leader of the sect. If this deck does not go first, then I have other options.

Round 1FederationMatthew ZinnoML (-45)View opponent's Report
He has seeded earth, which tells me he is playing fed. As predicted, he seeds caretakers array to put voyager into play. I am going first however, so my seed is a kazon shuttlecraft, and on my first turn, his voyager belongs to me. I play my own voyager shortly after. He then plays Equinox. I play another shuttlecraft, and using voyager, I carry the boarding party over to where equinox was, and board it with my crew, starting to shoot up the inside of the ship. He responds with revised Nelix to download a rifle, to which I respond with using boarding party to steal the rifle. He does have One in play, making things slightly problematic for me. Although I could stay her to constantly harass the equinox, he is playing with holograms, which is not in my favor. We both proceed to start doing missions, and I soon get bottlenecked by the lack of diversity when it comes to Kazon personnel. That and the absolute lack of draw power leaving me with no cards in hand. We end up playing to time, with my steal of voyager on the first turn blocking Matt from the full win.

Round 2FederationBrad SnyderML (-25)
This match was a mess. He seeded olara and children of light, which told me he is playing with holograms. I got to go first, so his ship immediately fell victim to my boarding party. It soon became apparent that his entire deck was holograms, and with no holodeck, Brad was unable to enter play with a single functional crew member. He eventually did get a ship, and got all his holograms to home of light, right before his one ship ended up destroyed by my warship after playing tag with slipstream drives. I wasn't having much luck either, losing four crew to sabotaged negotiations early. In the end, he managed to solve Home of Light, and I failed to get a single solve before we ran out of time.

Round 4Non-AlignedMathew McCalpinFL (-40)
As with my other games, having a distinct lack of skill depth was what caused me to flounder hard. In this match, I didn't get any ship besides the seed at caretakers array, and the skills I needed were at the bottom of the deck, while he was able to cycle his entire deck ten cards at a time. Running out of cards in hand was the death of me.

Closing Thoughts
Kazon is built for Sect play, and there isn't nearly enough of a diverse set of personnel for most sects. Even in the sects with a solid personnel base, they still have holes in skills and classifications. Aside from that, the lack of draw power compared to play power in VOY severely hurt recovery efforts.
