Non-AlignedKCAKCA/Tribbles
Introduction
I was failing to build a KCA solver that really inspired me when I realised that they have a fair number of high cost NA personnel and Ezri Dax that can infinitely recur them when combined with Quark. So that reminded me of the deck Shane Brierly played at Worlds last year, I didn't get to face him but we did discuss his deck a little bit. So a Infestation/Sabotaged Transporter deck hasitly put together before I got some sleep before my round 2 game against Naetor it was.

Round 1ByeBY (+100)

Round 2CardassianTerok NorNathan WML (-50)
When I first saw Naetor's mission set and deck size I wasn't very confident, lots and lots of low cost personnel is a pretty good counter to what I want to do. Even though I built the deck assuming two kills for every Infestation because I didn't read Kavis Alpha clearly it still worked pretty well. I was able to slow Naetor's solving down a lot but at the same time because I was worried about discarding something difficult to get back, like Ezri, I was also drawing heavily and not getting anywhere myself. While Naetor had two missions complete but two Bre'nan rituals on Gateway and no Labor Camp after I destroyed it twice stopping him from getting a FW my own mission solving prowess was severely crippled by Julian Bashir and Elim Garak being in a brig. So I only completed a single mission but by the end of that game Cardassian Dissidents surely feared using a transporter more than Katherine Pulaski or Leonard McCoy ever did.

Round 3RelativityTed ReebelFL (-70)
I was much more confident at the beginning of this game because TReebel was playing a deck I'm very familiar with and I thought I might be able to kill enough personnel to actually lock him out of a FW. SRR at Evaluate Soliton Wave, where Delirium doesn't work, helped him get an easy 40 points against my Infestation pile. Then Stakoron Strait's ability meant I didn't get as many kills as I would've liked for a second mission. At the third I fortunately drew an early Bre'nan and Clown: Go Away, to persuade TReebel to swtich to the other planet mission, where I didn't get Bre'nan until the second attempt and 3 Infestation already under. My own mission attempting was almost as slow as against Naetor but Elim only went back to hand bia Hard Time and not in to a Brig so with him back in play and Standard Punishments in hand I could feasibly blow through a mission in one turn, so I was still in it. In the end after TReebel was all out of resources and had all of the people in play he was ever going to he gave me 1 to draw/spend and if it was an Infestation my lockout would've been complete but alas after having used approximately 75% of them already I did end up draw Interphasic Effects and he got the FW.

Closing Thoughts
If you could use Sabotaged Transporter on the second stop from Infestation this deck would be super good. As it is now the deck needs some way to draw better and more consistently so you can always have enough personnel in hand to get the kills, maybe extra Teloks/Quarks to get them chaining every turn. There might be a better dilemma pile to do this with as well, maybe Chula?
