Other Information: This will be the second STCCG 2E tournament scheduled for today. Start time is approximate, pending completion of the first tournament.

This is a Highlander format tournament. In this constructed deck format, any and all cards produced by Decipher and/or the Trek Continuing Committee are valid. The only restriction is that there can be NO duplicates of any card title in your draw deck or dilemma pile. Regardless if the cards are unique or not, you may only have ONE copy of any card title. For example, you may only have one copy of Data, even though that personnel card is available in many forms and affiliations. Please double and triple check to be sure you meet this requirement prior to the beginning of the tournament. Don't forget this rule applies to your dilemma pile as well, no duplicates.

Other than that, all the basic deck building rules apply. You must have a minimum of 35 cards in your draw deck, a minimum of 20 cards in your dilemma pile, and exactly 5 missions.

This will be the fifth tournament of the Fall League. Your participation is greatly appreciated and I look forward to an interesting session.
