The actual cost will be determined by DragonCon. There will also be optional prize support. That cost will be $3 and is entirely optional. If you don't want to participate in the prize support drawing, you don't have to pay the $3. The fee collected for DragonCon will be mandatory.
This will be a standard constructed deck format. All tournament legal cards are valid. A donation to The Continuing Committee is not required but would be appreciated. |
