Now that the Revised Format has been launched, this will be the first 1E Revised Format constructed tourney in Fargo, ND.

Revised Format rules (per the 1E Director, Jeremy Commandeur's podcasts on 1Elives.com) are as follows:
1. Rule of 4 - no more than 4 copies of any card via title [for example, you could have 2 copies of Premiere set Data and 2 copies of FC Data in your draw deck), further, if you have a copy of a card in your Q's Tent, you may have no more than 3 copies of that card in your draw deck.

2. Seed deck - limit of 2 copies of any one dilemma and 2 copies of any one Artifact.

3. Referee pile - you may bring to the game 1 copy of each Referee card that is placed in a pile (just like the dilemma pile is in 2E). This is not a seed deck, does not count against your seed deck limit of 30. You may access these, ignoring any download preventing function or such, via normal means.

4. Discarding dilemmas - when a dilemma is discarded from play, remove it from the game, instead of placing it in your discard pile.

5. Batch seeding - Owner seeds first, to be encountered last, if both players wish to seed under the same mission. If a mission is duplicated, the first player to seed that mission, seeds first there (to be encountered last).

6. Interrupts - You may not play an Interrupt if a copy of said interrupt is found in your discard pile (which both players may examine either player's discard pile at any time).

7. Quadrants - movement - a ship may move from one end of a spaceline in one quadrant to the spaceline end of any other quadrant using its' full range, then is stopped.

8. Win Conditions - a player needs to solve/successfully scout both a Planet mission and a Space mission (each with point boxes) and have 100 points to win the game [or score an additional 40 points, if missions are of the same type) and no more than half your total points can be bonus points.
