First tournament on Friday will be a 1E OTF Sealed. This will consist of DS9 sealed expansion products. Each person will receive x1 DS9 starter deck, x2 DS9 booster packs, x2 Dominion booster packs, x2 Rules of Acquisition booster packs, and a small set of DS9 Virtual cards that will allow each player the ability to create a deck that is completely playable with the cards drawn. The plan is to have four rounds of Swiss-style tournament play. Also, the winner of this event will be given a full earned bye (+4 VP & +100 Differential) for the next day’s main event: the 1E US Nationals 2016 tournament. Additional byes will be given out for top winners for each threshold the tournament meets with participants, so the more people who come and play, the increased bye potential. Additional prizes will be available.
4-8 players: Winner receives Bye
9-12 players: Top 2 winners receive byes
13+ players: Top 3 winners receive byes |
