I eliminated from previous versions any use of Jem'hadar Birthing Chamber because it's tedious and doesn't help much. I included more infiltration effect cards.
The following cards in this deck have received errata since it was last played in a tournament:
Defend Homeworld (2022-08-01) - Nerf. Removed [Referee] icon. Added "voluntarily" to prevent combo with Chula: The Way Home & The Issue Is Patriotism.
Invasive Beam-In (2022-06-06) - Restricted to personnel who match the affiliation of the ship. Countdown icon added.
The Wake of the Borg (2023-05-01) - Partial rescission: regains Referee icon but retains other changes, and number of required Neutral Zone missions increased from 3 to 4.
The Wake of the Borg (2020-02-03) - Nerf. Targets the Neutral Zone only if heavily used. Returns to hand instead of destroys. Borg are immune. Nullifiable. No longer a Ref card.
Ultimatum (2022-06-06) - Reworded for clarity. "Dominion ship" became "[Dom] ship", which led to the only gameplay change: Stolen Attack Ship can no longer score Ultimatum points.
You should get three plays per turn, regular, New Arrivals, and ASP. Your first priority is to get the Dominon Battleship out via regular play or Spacedoor. Then you have to staff it. If you draw the universal Founder you're golden, since you can New Arrivals her and she swaps with any Founder in your hand. Your first download should be Deyos via Defend Homeworld. Stick him on the battleship. Card play should be a unique personnel or an Attack Ship (via Spacedoor), a New Arrivals universal personnel, and then Assign Support Personnel to Deyos for a card draw. ASP download Wodek'idan direct to the BB, draw a card from Deyos 1)he doesn't need White to live 2) he's a leader 3) he staffs the ship 4) he counts as a Jem'hadar to pimp the BB. In four turns you should have weapons of >38 available. Noone should EVER have more weapons than you. Bashir Founder/Supernova is your trump card.
Meanwhile, Ultimatum is the key. Get a SP Engineer on any ship and send him through the wormhole. If your opponent has White Deprivation download two White. If not, sucks to be them, two disruptors. You should then have 4 white, plus Wodek'idan staffing the BB. Unleash hell.
Meanwhile if your opponent is all uppity then use your infiltrator cards to slow him down.
If you can't smoke his facility fast enough, Invasive Beam-In right to his Mom's house and murder everyone. Leave nothing alive.
Then you should be able to solve missions at your leisure. Don't forget your bonus points from Ultimatum!!!!
Dilemma Pile Strategy
Dal'Rok and Dead End his likely outpost.
Make sure you build the RSD and play Lore to buff Crystalline Entity. If his crew dies, beam a Computer Skill through his Shields and Commandeer Ship.
VS. Matchups
White Deprivation and Strategema are lethal and should be banned from existing.
We Are The Metrons and Spacedock can be killed with KU:C, twice if necessary with Res-Q.
