• Breen Disruptor Burst (2024-02-05) - Nerf. ATTACK bonus lowered (except for Breen). HULL damage reduced.
• Classic Communicator (2020-07-06) - Nerf. Can no longer be immediately used when downloaded into an active mission attempt. Made unique for clean rules.
• Classic Medical Tricorder (2020-07-06) - Nerf. Can no longer be immediately used when downloaded into an active mission attempt. Made unique for clean rules.
• Classic Tricorder (2020-07-06) - Nerf. Can no longer be immediately used when downloaded into an active mission attempt. Made unique for clean rules.
• Containment Field (2022-08-01) - May not leave play. No longer a hidden agenda. No longer has Going To The Top restriction. Cannot be used anymore to one-sidedly tax opponent's downloads by discarding with Q the Referee and retrieving with Tribunal of Q.
• Defend Homeworld (2022-08-01) - Nerf. Removed [Referee] icon. Added "voluntarily" to prevent combo with Chula: The Way Home & The Issue Is Patriotism.
• Dr. McCoy (2020-06-01) - Dr. McCoy's ability to repeatedly nullify MEDICAL dilemmas was overwhelming to several dilemma strategies and overly powerful. His errata limits this ability to once per game.
• Five-Year Mission (2020-08-03) - Errata issues to limited this card to decks using all [OS] cards, and changing the timing of the draw to end of turn.
• Misinterpreted History (2022-02-07) - "([I]f any)" added to deal with confusion about how this card interacts with a team that includes zero Treachery. This clarification weakens the card, since previously it was ruled that no Treachery made the ENTIRE Away Team vulnerable.
• Space-Time Portal (2023-08-14) - Added a built-in limit to the report function.
• Space-Time Portal (2021-07-05) - Reworded for clarity. The "once per turn" restriction no longer applies to seed-phase "turns."
• Starbase 247 (2023-05-01) - Long used as a Federation anti-battle superfortress, this loses most of its SHIELDS advantage over standard Federation outposts and no longer downloads the auto-repairing Spacedock. Lore updated ("U.S.S. Pegasus").
• The Final Frontier (2023-10-02) - Nerf (again). Remove ship download altogether. Restrict free plays to matching personnel and require at least one of them to be universal. Forbid non-[OS] nouns. Remove Temporal Investigations protection.
• The Final Frontier (2020-06-01) - This card ended up significantly more powerful than intended, and thus overshadowed all other options for OS decks. Errata has changed the timing of the ship download from automatic to in place of a card play, removed the ability to play non- [OS] personnel, and removed the use of Crew Reassignment to play [MQ] personnel to the Alpha Quadrant.
• The Wake of the Borg (2023-05-01) - Partial rescission: regains Referee icon but retains other changes, and number of required Neutral Zone missions increased from 3 to 4.
• The Wake of the Borg (2020-02-03) - Nerf. Targets the Neutral Zone only if heavily used. Returns to hand instead of destroys. Borg are immune. Nullifiable. No longer a Ref card.
• To Boldly Go (2023-11-06) - Bonus limited to +2 RANGE/SHIELDS (no WEAPONS). Universal facilities now gain the Original Series icon.
