[OTF] My First TNG Federation

Tournament Record:

• Constructed - Regional (2013-06-30): 3rd place (Tournament Report)

The following cards in this deck have received errata since it was last played in a tournament:

• Ar-Q-ologist (2021-11-01) - Reworded to remove the word "unless" and update other wording. This is a change, because, when seeded using Beware of Q, this card used to be able to stop a team. (It was never able to stop a team if faced in a Q-Flash.)
• Attention All Hands (2014-03-04) - Nerf. No longer provides reports to ships or of personnel already in play.
• Breen Disruptor Burst (2024-02-05) - Nerf. ATTACK bonus lowered (except for Breen). HULL damage reduced.
• Cardassian Trap (2022-08-01) - Mostly a clarifying errata to keep it from becoming a wall now that the "whiff for lack of target" ruling has been reversed. However, there is a minor change: it now refers exclusively to the [Car] affiliation, not "Cardassian" (which covered both affiliation AND species).
• Continuing Mission (2013-12-02) - Nerf. Reduced two extra card draws to one.
• Demora Sulu (2022-06-24) - Lore updated ("Captain Sulu" "U.S.S. Enterprise-B").
• Dyson Sphere Door (2020-04-06) - Change to prevent Dyson Sphere from overriding The Squire's Rules. Side effect: no longer ignores your own Computer Crash.
• Go Back Whence Thou Camest (2021-11-01) - Now allows return to any facility type (not just outposts).
• Hide and Seek (2021-07-05) - Changed card type to Q Dilemma instead of Q Dilemma/Event and removed function that was designed to counter Q-bypass decks (which have been addressed elsewhere). Cleaned up wording of remaining function.
• Maximum Firepower (2021-05-03) - Borg cubes no longer get an extra damage marker from a hit with this card.
• Observe Ritual (2022-06-24) - Clarification / change: this mission is the homeworld of the Vulcan affiliation.
• Q-Flash (2021-11-01) - The original card's three functions have been split onto three cards. This card now only opens the side deck and explains the side deck's rules. (Q: A Dazzling Flash and Miss Q replace the other functions.)
• Sam Lavelle (2013-12-02) - Added "U.S.S." to lore to make him compatible with Finest Crew in the Fleet.
• Sunad (2014-03-04) - Nerf. Made him unique.

P.P.S. Ambassador Tomalak can't be played. He's only in the deck for the Hologram Ruse achievement.

If you want to improve the deck, I suggest several copies of Holodeck Door. It downloads Barash icon personnel. Who knew?
