Johannes Klarhauser (Kaiser) Tournament Report - Tr Tribbles 2011-06-12 - 03:00 PM Rescue me from this Purrr-vert! Introduction I played my Rescue deck, the othery guys played decks I copied from the Tribble forum. Markus had a Bonus deck, Christopher a Poison, and Tobias was the unfortunate one who got the very high risk/high reward Mutate deck. Round 1 () I went out early with only about 130,000 tribbles thanks to an early Rescue/Discard combo. Chris kept pace with about 120,000 scored on Poison and Score. Round 2 () Again, Christopher scored a big one on Poison, and I went out early again with about 200K. Round 3 () This time, Markus pulled off the 100K Bonus. The round was quite long compared to the first two, and I score 330K this time. Tobias was frustrated with almost a full hand consisting entirely of 100,000s. That deck desperately needs some Process or Evolve. Round 4 () Chris scored about 200K on Poison and Score, Tobias got his first points (50K) when his 100,000 Tally was poisoned, and I was close to a deck out, because with me in the lead, Christopher (Poison), Markus (Battle) and Tobias (Battle) combined forces to destroy my deck. However, I managed to play a 10K Recycle with about 6 cards left in my deck. I went out 430K this time. Round 5 () Tobias and Christopher shared another 100,000 Tally between them, and I went out for the fifth time, even though my Rescue was often frozen. Total score for me ~1,300,000, followed by Chris on ~530,000 in his first Tribbles event. Which is a lot more than Tyler had in his first tournament, or so Thomas tells me :)
