StarfleetAccelerated Archer
Introduction
I played Soren's winning Samuels/Damaged hybrid deck, but took out one Delphic mission (scared of insurrection) and replaced it with Secure Strategic Base. Added 2x Endangered, which was worth the two slots, and four cards to launch the Phoenix (which I never used). Also, this must have been the lowest-scoring tournament I've ever played in: in six games, only 330 points were scored in total, or an average of only 55 points combined score of both players per game. Only 3 of 6 games ended with a Full Win, and one of them was a double deckout at 45-0. Other results were 20-15, 15-0, and True Tie at 0-0.

Round 1DominionMarkus EberleinFW (+65)
Markus completed a mission first by using his Commodities to pump his attributes, which meant no ten bonus points for me, because Markus stopped me at Eliminate Sphere Network for four turns (Outclassed - Oracles' Punishment + Show Trial - Personal Duty + Unwanted Guests - One Step Ahead) - I foolishly discarded a Columbia early on and couldn't play a second ship. However, once I had destroyed or shuffled back three Machinations with GPT or LD, I completed the mission, then double-teamed my two planets and completed both of them in one go after Lorian sacrificed himself to let 8 stopped people join the second team. 100-35

Round 2VoyagerFloMW (+5)
I didn't draw Samuels until my fourth turn, by that time Flo had already attempted Caretaker's Array twice and eventually completed it before I had even played a ship. Without Enterprise-J out, I decided to attempt planet first. I kept all my guys with three or less skill dots aboard the ship and baited Flo into overcomitting on a Spatial Interphase, but on my next attempt, a Whisper in the Dark killed three of my guys and set me back. Meanwhile, Flo's Energize had allowed him to build up a monster crew of skill and attribute horses, and he attempted Reestablish Neural Cooperative. As I'm familiar with the skill matrix of the deck (I built it for Flo, it was essentially a trimmed version the deck with which I won British Nationals), I was able to stall Flo at the plaent mission with plays of Captain's Holiday, Accelerated Aging, and Infinite Diversity until the timeout. I had completed Investigate Refinery and was up 35-15 (Flo had lost 5 points to play Thompson for free), so I burned three At What Costs in overtime to try and get enough personnel to try for a Full Win, but I didn't even make it through the second one. 20-15.

Round 3DominionMaquisTobias RausmannMW (+15)
Tobias' plan was to have infilrators and attribute reducers (Khan, Misdirection, Bashir Founder) everywhere, and he also pestered me with Biogenic Weapon and Outmaneuvered. Luckily, I had an early Samuels and attempted my planet mission before Tobias had people there, but was stopped. The following turns were spent by Tobias deploying his agents all over the place, while I tried to run away from them and the Tenak'talar and attempted all of my mission over the course of the game. Eventually, I was able to destroy the Biogenic Weapon on SSB with a Lustful Distraction, and completed it. Tobias finally had enough personnel in play to do a mission attempt, but I killed two Founder Architects with He Wasn't Nice and played two more dilemmas that stopped the attempt. I attempted and attempted, but by now the infiltrators and extra dilemmas (Bitter Medicine...) gave me at the most one or two dilemmas per turn (with 17 personnel in play...). When time was called, Tobias made a last ditch effort at Archanis Dispute to get ahead in points (I was down to 20 because of two At What Costs and A Sight for Sore Eyes), so burned two copies of Endangered and was able to stop the attempt. 15-0.
