Introduction
I had never played this format before, and wanted to use TOS deck based on a design by MVB - solve Deliver Evidence and Risa with a species mix and Enterprise-B for 100 points. Unfortunately, I'm useless, and some of the cornerstones of my deck (NA Weyoun, Mission Accomplished, Driven, ...) were Uncommons, and thus not allowed in Academy, as Will and Kieren kindly pointed out at Dr Sketchy's the night before. Kieren offered to bring some TOS cards along so I could rework the deck, but without the Drivens and MAs, the deck was no longer the fun thing I had in mind. So I just went with my Samuels deck, took out all the R, P, U cards from the draw deck, and changed some dilemmas.

Round 1Jeremy CommandeurFW (+35)
Jeremy was also playing SF, but with a different misson selection and without the Samuels/Future tech. He was very fast, but since I know SF pretty well, I had a slight edge when playing dilemmas.

Round 2Matthew TownsendFW (+35)
Another SF deck, this time with Samuels and everything, so a true mirror matchup. It came down to the wire. Matthew attempted with seven, I think, I killed one with He Wasn't Nice, then followed it up with a Captain's Guest. I didn't pick Karyn Archer, so Matthew couldn't boost the attributes for the win.

Round 3Terok NorMichael Van BreemenFW (+55)View opponent's Report
MVB was rocking a weenie TN deck. I basically did nothing but spam cheap people and drawing until I had two copies of Lustful Distraction in hand, so I was able to cancel some Ruling Councils. That forced Michael into doing three missions, and my dilemmas bought my enough time.

Round 4Terok NorJay CoadFW (+50)
Same thing as before, TN is super fast and doesn't care much about killer dilemmas in this format, so having a way to prevent the two-mission win is your best shot. I sacrificed some good cards early so I could draw into my Lustfuls, but in the end it all worked.

Closing Thoughts
I had expected to run into an Equinox or a TOS deck or two, but thankfully I dodged those bullets. My deck could be improved with the printable or C versions of T'pol, Hoshi, and Tucker, or random NAs. Knowing which dilemmas and cheater cards are available in this format is probably the key. Definitely a fun format.
