CardassianDominionThe Water Pistol
Introduction
This was supposed to be a "fun" side tournament. That's what Nick and I thought. The other players didn't get the message though. They brought their A-game, and proceeded to kick me all over the place. I was playing a deck that should have been called "The Machine Gun" for its ability to kill personnel. I ended up calling it The Water Pistol because it was as effective as one at killing in my hands.

Round 1VoyagerPeter H. MøllerFL (-100)
Peter was playing Voyager. He was attempting two-space missions and then one planet mission for the win. That wasn't good for me, as I could only do my thing on a planet mission. It didn't matter too much though, as I had huge trouble stopping Peter's mission attempts. I killed a few personnel, but he breezed through his two space missions and completed his planet mission in one attempt. I was set up to kill everyone, but I never had the chance to try.

I showed Peter what was supposed to have happened, and he said that losing all his personnel may have cost him the game. He was running a small deck, and didn't think that he would have been able to recover. To me, that was almost a win.

Round 2StarfleetJakob MadsenFL (-100)View opponent's Report
Jakob was playing a mirror Starfleet deck, attempting the traditional single space mission. I was set up to kill everyone at his first planet mission. Sadly, my dilemma pile sucked. I did stop the first team, but he completed the mission with team two. I then asked whether they were staying on the planet or beaming up afterwards. He thought about it for a second and then beamed them up. Doh! Wanting to kill personnel, I flew over to off the first team and did so. Unfortunately, Jakob played more personnel on the next turn, combined them with the second team and then completed his third mission there and then.

Round 3ByeBY (0)
I ate cold pizza. This was the most enjoyable hour of my day.

Round 4DominionKlingonNicholas YankovecFL (-65)
Nick was playing his Dominion Commodity deck with Klingons splashed for Alexander Rozhenko event downloads. Learning my lesson from previous games, I actually attempted missions in this game. I even completed one. Sadly, my dilemma pile sucked (did I say that already?), and I couldn't stop Nick's mission attempts. As in previous games, I was set up to kill Nicks personnel, but I just didn't get the chance.
