Unjustly Banned (RedDwarf) Tournament Report - Tr - Worlds Side Event 2013-10-20 - 12:15 AM GenCon - Discard/Tally Introduction Stefan was playing my battle deck, Jakob took Wills deck, I was playing Discard, Soren was playing my Klingon deck and Jeronimo took the no 1s deck. Peter had brought his own deck, it seemed to be based around Clone. Round 1 () Jakob went out really quickly with a score of 10021. Soren (sitting next to me), isn't really sure what's going on so I talked him through the round. Round 2 () Jakob went out again, this time with a big money in his score pile. Soren still needs help. Round 3 () Stefan split a couple of Tallys in this round, one with me and the other with Soren (on my advice). Soren also bagged himself big money from Stefan, and then went out with 45k in his pile for a total round score of almost 200k. That put him in the lead. Round 4 () Peter went out in this round with 111022. I got hit with a draw 4 on a Toxin, and never looked close to going out, even after I Masaka'ed. Round 5 () Soren, leading after 4 rounds, went out again in this round to take the tournament. Despite his feigning ignorance about the game, he has now won two in my presence - and both with my own decks. I smell something fishy. Closing Thoughts My decks took 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th. I suppose, technically, that I won the tournament (and took 2nd, 4th, 5th and 6th). Why isn't there an achievement for that?
