Kevin Jaeger (Hoss-Drone) Tournament Report - 2E Standard - Andoria Regional 2012-06-02 - 02:00 PM Allied Invasion Introduction I decided to play this deck I built almost a year ago and just merged it with a tragic consume pile since I realized w/ disgust I had not earned the sticky situation achievement yet and wanted to get it. Round 1 Shawn Colson FW (-95) I steal the game early when Shawn attempts Ass resist, I slaughter them then holding cell his staffing with his regen alcoves and other ships in the discard pile. It takes a lot of turns to rebuild with 3 of 9 and by then it was over. Round 2 Preston Holida FW (-65) Preston drops 13 people and Med teams in 4 turns causing a sweat bead to form on my brow. Sloan handles the med teams. I kill and left behind mission skills out w/ only a few dils under the mission. 2 turns later he goes back, I hindrance kmtar then slaughter more mission skills. Meanwhile I get to work myself and 1 attempt solve expand bus opp. Preston solves space and moves onto fulfill temp paradox where he loses everyone else except 2 guys. I clean up at my space mission then fly over and deploy the fleet. Round 3 Nate Lindgren FW (-50) This one goes bad for nate early when he loses mission skills for his del ancient art. And digs for 3 turns to find another security. Eventually he completes and baht'qul win once. I complete planet then move onto space where nate drop stops me with a distress call. Nate goes to space and loses all his remaining diplo. I solve on the next turn with a double attempt. Nate drops some diplo and goes back to try and solve and kmtar hindrance prevents that. I take a turn to fly over w/ the patrolling defiant. Nate declares that move the game as he needed to fly home and back to wormhole neg. to pick up another diplo. I deploy the fleet for the win.
