As the title states, this is one of Neil's oooooold decks. I made a few mods to incorporate the current meta. Round 1 Al Schaefer FL (-80)View opponent's ReportView original Report Crucial mistake: forgot to Grav-plating Trap Al's Tacking Into the Wind when he killed my Biogenuc Weapon. Bugger. FL 20-100 Maggie apologized in advance as she revealed Maquis. She's going for the 15 Down achievement and is playing a version of a Timmons deck from a year ago or so. I had a great opening hand with Crom, a ship, and Surprise Party. So I was off to a hot start while Maggie was getting used to Maquis. She missed some opportunities to play some of their event destruction, so her lack of practice with the deck really worked to my benefit. Her Tragic Turn pile killed effectively, so I had to run two ships and keep replenishing my crew. I was able to stall her for quite some time with Personal Duty's, Dreamer, and Gomtuu. She scored several bonus points off of Odo Savior, but in the end, the Maquis couldn't finish a mission. As an added bonus, I pulled off Clandestine Kidnapping and Changeling Infiltrator with Michael Eddington (my most hated ST character, btw) and even had to use his text to get the win. Round 2 Corbin Johnson FL (-100) Crucial mistake: didn't replay B'Elanna, leading to a mission stop after a loss of Programming. FL 0-100 Round 3 Justin Eaton MW (+20) Crucial mistake: left Defiant out where he could battle, capture and destaff me. Only stayed out to Deploy the Fleet. Shoulda known better. Had to start over. Probably would have pulled out the full win otherwise. Managed to stall him out with lots of kills. Closing Thoughts I could probably grow to like this deck. I enjoy control over mission solving and like lots of moving parts. I think I'll go back to Ferengi for that kind of deck, though.
