Terok NorTerok Nor Speed Solver
Introduction
My choice of decks was between ... Terok Nor Ruling Council, Bajoran discard mischief or Dominion Vorta / Eris abuse. I chose Terok Nor because it is easy to play, extremely fast and the only tournament I previously played it I had most games won within 30 minutes.

Round 1ByeBY (0)
This is the second major event in a row I have randomly drawn the bye first round. I used to say "I hate byes". From now on I say "I love byes". I hope this will stop me ever getting a bye again!

Round 2FerengiClayton WaltonFW (0)
Clayton had an awful draw and could not staff his ships until very late in the game. My plan to do two missions didn't work out though due to a lack of Unique Cardassians to score bonus points from Tenak'telar. End score 110-0 and Clayton didn't attempt a single mission. Clayton got Temporal Conduit to hit after my first mission was complete. That dilemma is an absolute nightmare if it hits!

Round 3Peter HillFW (0)
This game was a real nail-biter and could have gone either way. Final score was 125-90. Peter lost the game because I targeted gold staffing icons and managed to strand his ship early game and then prevent him gaining 10 bonus points from the Enterprise. I also missed the opportunity for a two mission win, but for the first time ever completed a mission using Bridge Officers Test!

Round 4BorgChris ClarkeFL (0)
Chris was playing a Borg assimilator and which I have no experience playing against. I tried to hang back and build up a decent crew before attempting. The plan was to use The Ruling Council for multiple mission attempts. It all went pear-shaped and I lost all my personnel. Chris assimilating Weyoun and then using him to return my Dukat to the bottom of my deck was a highlight. Final score 10-100. Odo scored me my points.

Round 5Klingon SmileyFW (0)
Mike's deck was too good for me. A timely played Dreamer and the Dream had him discard his bonus point events and force him to do a third mission. This ended up being the difference as once again the two mission strategy did not work (courtesy Mike playing Casual Recursion). In the end I fluked the win 125-90.
