Introduction
Prak, Alien Gambling Devices and Treasured Collectables for extra counters and two 40 point missions plus bonus point for the win - at least that was the plan.

Round 1StarfleetKierenML (-20)
So I found out that Treasured Collectables returns the equipment to bottom of craw deck rather than destroys it. This could be a long day. I got my first mission early and dlayed Kieren at his. But then the tables turned when Kieren got Shran out and started returning dilemmas to his pile. Kieren got home with two missions solved to my one when we timed out. One more turn and Kieren would have taken the full win.

Round 2BajoranCraig GiblettFW (+65)
Craig was off to a great start with Alenis, Bariel and Jadzia in play after turn one. He got a solid crew of 9 going and hten used Destined to Be plus the replicate cost three turns straight to recur Covenant other other powerful cards. I targetted Dukat and got him out of play twice but Craig kept bring him back. He got two mission but got stuck at his third whilst I luckily solved for the full win after time was called.

Round 3KlingonLawrence NguyenMW (+30)
Lawrence got going early when I played Intimidation at his first mission expecting everyone to be stopped. I forgot he played Quark and only two were stopped. I screwed up and solve my first mission for 45 by accidentally leaving Tallera out of a 6 man attempt with 6 under. Stranded on 45, I couldn't get a full win as I hadn't drawn Brunt. Lawrence got stranded at his final two missions and was unable to solve both enabling me to steal a modified win after time was called.

Round 4BajoranCardassianJay CoadFL (-50)
I had a horror draw unable to draw a ship until perhaps the sixth turn. By then Jay had two missions solved with nice uses of The Central Command. I mamaged to kill 3 Emok with He Wasn;t That Nice but it still wasn't enough. I got lucky on my first mission attempt and solved first attempt for 50. The race was on the complete the final mission. I hit Jay with a Where Noone has gone before giving me a slim chance of a win. A poor choice on my behalf cost me 4 bodies (including Zek) at my final attempt as i chose to not return home after my first mission solve. He stopped me and strolled home for the win. Fun game.

Closing Thoughts
Jay's deck is solid and can only get better. Combining the power of Central Command, skill gaining from Cardassians, attribute gaining from Bajorans and Cardassians and Covenant is a real struggle to counter. Might steal his deck idea for Regionals :)
