Rick Kinney (T-Ricks) Tournament Report - 2E Academy 2011-10-01 - 12:00 PM Dominion Academy Deck Introduction This was an Academy format constructed deck tournament. We only had five players show up, so unfortunately we had to deal with a Bye each round, and I was the "lucky" recipient in the first round. Our normal tournament winner, Eric (rycar60) wasn't able to attend today so I was able get my first tournament win of the new league seasson. Round 1 Bye BY (0) Joanne (Jojo) had a DS-9 Mouth of the Wormhole integrity solver. The deck can work pretty well, but I was able to get good dilema draws to keep her from solving any missions. In the meantime, my high strength missions were pretty easy for my Dominion Jem'Hadars. This game went well for me with a full win, 105-0. Round 2 Joanne Kinney FW (+100) My game against John (Kivas Jajo) didn't go nearly as well. Fortunately, I can solve my missions pretty fast and with a small crew. That kept his dilemmas from taking their full toll on me. Plus, my dilemmas, with a little help from Uninvited, kept him at bay long enough for me to squeak by with a modified win, 70-65.
