Arjan Hoek (arjan242) Tournament Report - 1E Sealed 2012-01-29 - 12:30 PM Introduction We tried out a new format. Everyone got the 20 OTSD cards, a Sealed Starter Deck II and 5 boosters of Rules of Acquisition. From that card pool everyone had to build a deck. We added two rules: everyone was allowed to combine their Ferengi with one other affiliation and Universal missions could not be stolen, only missions of 40 points or more. It was a very cool tournament format which I can recommend to everyone who wants to try something else. Round 1 Rels FW (-70) First match was against René. I won 100 - 30 after completing 4 of my missions. Round 2 Enrico Evink FL (-20) I lost 80 - 100 when Enrico solved his 3rd mission and scored an extra 5 points from my dilemma. Without those 5 points he would have been stuck at 95 and I would have solved my 4th mission my next turn. Enrico now had 2 wins and would play the final next round against Alex. (which Alex won). Round 3 oscar ruberg FW (-40) My favourite sparring partner Oscar. After some rounds of reporting we both started attempting missions. We both quickly solved 2. Eventually I was the first to solve two more and won the game 100 - 60.
