BajoranOTF Bajoran Cargo Run deck
Introduction
This Bajoran deck is centered around Deep Space 9 and several of its draw engines: Cargo Runs (with Kasidy), Bajoran Shrine (with an Orb), and Guest Quarters. Play engines include Freighters at the Docking Ports, Bajoran Raiders, and COM for a few Vedeks. This deck is built for a two-mission win. First is Characterize Neutrino Emissions (and use Science Lab to see what's there), where you acquire Orb of Wisdom. Then Bajor (with Secure Homeworld). Mission points for those is 70; augment to 100 or more with 10 each from 62nd Rule, 5 each from Solbor, and 5 from Ayala (CNE) or Particle Fountain (Bajor), plus 10 from ROTB.

Round 1Thomas OlleyMW (+60)
Round 1. Timed win over Sukibabe, 60-0. Sukibabe played a DQ Hirogen deck, with 5 copies of Secure Station and one Kazon Conference. If only Q the Referee could download Balancing Act. The game took a while, partly due to disagreements over how several dilemmas were supposed to work. Beyond the dilemmas, there was no interaction, and I solved CNE and cleared Bajor before he called time. This game taught me that I needed to play faster -- not in terms of turns; trying to plan how to do things in fewer turns was taking too much clock time.

Round 2Greg DillonFW (+100)
Round 2. Win over Latok, 105 vs. -20. Latok was playing a Klingon deck that included Qo'nos and Batleth Tournament. Early on, he downloaded all of the Blood Oath personnel, though never downloaded a Blood Oath onto my personnel to remove their skills. He later confirmed that this was supposed to be a Council of Warriors deck, which I suspected, but it seemed to get seriously derailed when I pointed out that he couldn't RRD Chancellor Gowron to the Negh'Var (matching commander status is by card title, not persona). Most of the Blood Oath crew was successfully youthened by my Rascals dilemma, but they weren't killed by the Clown followup since it hit one of the accompanying universals. In the end, I solved both my missions with the 62nd Rule on them, so he ended with -20.

Round 3Corbin JohnsonFL (-90)
Round 3. Loss to CorbinQ, 10-150. Corbin played a really annoying Hexany deck, with many repeated copies of Mutation, Smooth as an Android's Bottom, plus MQ Ore Processing and lots of Cyrus "requesting the item". Personnel were primarily holograms and Fed TMP. For the longest time, he did nothing but cycle through his deck and build up his forces, and some points from "requesting the item". I eventually realized I could stop the Ore Processing by reporting (DH) Bareil to his Promenade Shops, but not until the endgame where he had already exhausted almost all of his 100+ deck. I worked on my Cargo Runs and attempts at CNE, where I unfortunately took a few too many turns to regroup and pause after a stop to scan the next dilemma with Science Lab. By the end, I had completed ROTB and cleared CNE but temporarily lost Dax (who I needed to solve) to the Topological Anomaly. On my next turn, I was prepared to play Jobril (which would cure Dax and solve the mission) and about 6 other cards, and start on Bajor. With the gender-based combo that I later learned was there, I would have solved it and won. Instead, he finished the game on a long turn of his. He solved two space missions and passed 100 points, but still needed a planet. So he went to Khitomer and solved it with an Espionage card. Too late (after dilemmas were being encountered), I remembered I had a Kevin in my hand, and I could have killed the Espionage card and stopped him. From this game I learned that I need to play faster in terms of turns. You never know when one of them will be your last.
