BajoranBajor for Bajorans. And some Ferengi. And a Klingon. And someone who is secretly a Trill.
Introduction
I felt like playing Bajorans, and put together a Circle (Alliance for Global Unity) deck.

Round 1FederationAlexander SchmitzFW (+48)
Alexander, playing TNG Feds. On my first turn, I played a Bajoran Raider for a crew jumpstart, and conducted services quickly. In another turn or two I had people to try a mission (Bajor first), but noticed I had messed up by putting DS9 at the wormhole, not Bajor. My Raider was inadequate to ferry people, so I had to download a ship to get moving. The first attempt revealed an ABT (okay, the DS9 location is now good in case I Dabo), and Exe-Q-tioner killed Opaka, then Dangerous Derelict for Empok dilemmas, where Mora Pol had some issues but then cured himself. After all that, it ended with a Dead End. So I switched to Jeraddo, where High Rollers gave Alexander [7] for craps (I-d played all my personnel in hand), then gave me [7] for Elevator (Odo beats Alt-Tasha). After those was Exact Change, which would be passed the following turn using the people who had stopped for High Rollers (with Kurn boosting exactly the right number of people). Next turn I passed Change, then Alexander burned All-Consuming Evil to kill one wth Armus -- and I pointed out after the solve that he should have done that before the Exact Change. Anyway, solved and got my Orb (and AGU got Dax). Then off the other direction to RI, with Parmach for downloads. The first ship had no females (stopped); the second ship had one male and one female, who were then stopped at Strange Bedfellows. The third ship brought no females, to hopefully fizzle the next dil (Distraction, yes, fizzled). The mission was cleared, with the next turn set up to win. While they were stopped, Alexander finally passed the dilemmas at Cultural Observation, intentionally failing the last dilemma (Lopez optionally beats Exec) so his second team could solve with mission specialist points. Then on to Investigate Alien Probe, where he couldn-t pass Nano. That-s game -- my final turn was solve RI (first crew, who-d prepared for LOP) and then back to Bajor-s Dead End for the win.

Round 2Non-AlignedBruce ParrishFW (+100)
Bruce had a cross-property Followers of the One deck, with NA Borg and Androids with Cybernetics Expertise. He got some good free reports, but not as fast as me, and he had staffing problems -- the NA Borg don-t have regular staffing icons, so his Husnock Ship and Darmok could not get moving for a while. He was drawing with Duck Blind, enough that I got to play first-function Handshake a few times. I attempted Bajor, and passed FF with Opaka and Kurn (really, it mostly duplicates the HQSH requirements), then stopped by Dead End. This prompted Bruce to get moving, and he staffed his Darmok and flew to his Royale planet to attempt. There, Korok had some issues (but interestingly, he was the least CUNNING of Bruce-s people). Then a Sleeper Trap appeared and killed Ira Graves. On the following turn (where Korok-s malady killed *my* Dakol -- I might want to rethink that order), he could not proceed past ITPM ... and could not fly without Ira. Meanwhile, I sent a large team to attempt Jeraddo, but held back a few -- but got exactly 50 against HLE, killing ... didnot matter, Kurn jumped in front of it. Next turn, with more people, passed that, then lost 4 to DNP including Odo and Day. Last there was I Hate You, and I had not brought Youth. My only Y in play was Leeta, whose Music would obstruct. So next turn, I downloaded Mardah to pass it, but (!) could not solve because I did not have enough SECURITY left on the table! (And Vedek Kira is not "Kira Nerys". Still, I used ROTB to acquire and return the Orb which was there, and with a second straight Dabo, I now had 22 points (to Bruce-s 1, from PO:M). Next turn, as long as I downloaded a SECURITY to solve Jeraddo, I would sew up that and Bajor, just needing a space mission. (We also had some technical difficulties at this point.) Bruce conceded.

Round 3RomulanJFL (-74)
J used TNG Romulan Underground, with some Scientific Diplomacy thrown in. (It led to some misplays ... trying to play Feds to his Rom outpost, and using Dr Selar i/o T-Pan.) He had many free play engines like I did, but I wasn-t drawing mine well. I still managed an early Bajor attempt, and passed QI (Sec/Nav) but failed Chula The Game, then redshirted (old Tent!) to find a Dead End. Again. At Jeraddo, I found Incentive-based Economics, and couldn-t pass it yet (because I-d dropped off Opaka at the TL) ... but sensed that he wanted me to dump my security, so I passed next turn with the Anth requirements, because -- sure enough -- FF followed (after an Alien Conspiracy which only targeted two -- "underground" does not always mean dissident). I started Dabo-ing towards 50, but missed the first try. Meanwhile, he had Some Issues which he cured mid-attempt with a [DL] Vulcan Mindmeld, but his Honorable Romulans were stuck by ITPM. He also played enough scientists to get past Nano on the second try, and also passed a Ferengi Infestation on the second attempt of the turn. I started on my space mission, and at this point also started to need to plan around a Nexus coming my way, which would be at Bajor for my upcoming turn. But before it reached there, he built a team to pass a boosted DutyRespect, and it included Movar who passed Exec to win, 111-36.

Closing Thoughts
I like this deck! Would have been good to get B-Hala once, though. Guess it needs some Genesis Effect.
