TOSBare Minimum TOS
Introduction
I didnt have a lot of time to deckbuild, so I took my TOS deck from last tournament, swapped in a 40-point space mission, dropped the Phoenix package and went Bare Minimum in the hopes of picking up an achievement. I wanted to loan Steve my Donatra deck in case he wanted to play it at worlds, so I handed it to him to play. With 5 people we had a bye, which sucks, but it turned out to be ok. People were prepping for worlds, which is no surprise, and since I was playing nothing resembling a tier-1 deck, I figured I'd be a punching bag for most of the day. Out of respect to those who are playing at Gencon, this report will be a little lighter than usual on the details.

Round 1ByeBY (0)
I got the bye, which is fitting.

Round 2Steve RotzFL (-35)
I lost to my own deck! At least Steve got some playing experience, and at least I know my Donatra deck works.

Round 3Terok NorJoshua SheetsFW (+10)
Josh was playing a tragic turn pile, and he was able to keep my Mission Accomplisheds off the table with his Jem'Hadar and Our Death. I took out an early Tragic Turn with an upgraded Spock, which turned out to be key, as I then was able to solve Deliver Ancient Artifact on the first try with only one casualty. Feeling saucy, and since I had to solve 3 missions anyway, I went right for Restore Errant Moon, giving him a free Tragic Turn. He managed to draw into all 3 of his All-Consuming evil, which means I only had to face one. Josh then made a mistake: He played All-Consuming Evil (after the TT), then Final Adventure, which consumed the All-Consuming Evil and he named Science, killing Spock and another died to TT. He then named 3 as his final adventure number, and Spock was the only 3 cost personnel in my away team, so I dodge a bullet and still have enough to solve the mission. This buys me an extra turn which made a huge difference as I was able to draw into Sisko and use sisko to cancel the Ruling Council he played when he solved Survey New World. He started chopping away at his copy of Transport Crash Survivors, but I was able to slog through my Space mission for the 100-90 win.

Round 4Jared HoffmanFL (-100)
Jared was prepping for worlds, I wasnt. I got my clock cleaned 100-0. Looks like he's ready to me. Ugh.
