Introduction |
I played super easy 2-mission win solver with Klingon council and BQC/B4C while trying to slow my opponent down with a kill pile. |
|
Round 1 | | Andrey Larin | FW (+65) |
Andrey got a bunch of dudes killed by dilemmas and I took the bat'leth to him once or twice on the planet. Hard for him to recover. FW: 100-35. |

|
Round 2 | | Kris Sonsteby | FL (-40)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Kris busted my kill pile on his first two attempts. I slowly crawled back into the game, but a unlucky break on BQC meant I needed to go to plan B. I would've had a chance by Kris TitW'd my Hindrance and Relentless'd my Uninvited play for Crew Advancement. FL: 60-100. |
The Alabama Slamma was packing Klingon / B'aht Qul, but was walled off mid-game by ID due to a lack of Geology. With less than ideal dilemma draws occuring on both sides, my late BQC win forced him into Plan B mode while I dug for the Security to power through Brute and what remained of his kill pile. FW 100-60. |
|
Round 3 | | Oliver Thust | FW (+30) |
Tough game to remember. Guillotine is nearly always a 2-chop versus TOS. FW ?-?. |
|
|
Round 4 | | Anastasia Kalashnikova | FW (+50) |
Alexey played Voyager. He faced the chopping block a few times, but he had good dilemma plays that kept me from running away with it. Still, he was two missions behind at the end. FW: 100-50. |

Closing Thoughts |
The Klingon victor achievement continues to elude me -- though it would have been very tough in this field. The deck is super easy and pretty good, but kind of boring. |
