Round 1 | | Nathan W | FW (-100)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Domination. Nate was playing Equinox, and I pulled the right dilemma every time. In the meantime, his lack of familiarity with the holograms caused him to short his dilemmas, or underestimate my ability to get around or gain skills for dilemmas. I was near to winning outright when time was called, and Nate graciously conceded. |
My dilemma play was pretty poor this game -- besides landing a Causal Recursion. The play of the game was me using The Oracle's Punishment to remove his Engineer mission skills from one of the hologram missions. The Rogue revealed Exocomp showing the mission skills for the solve. He played well and deserved the win. |

Round 2 | | Johnny Holeva | ML (-5) |
As always, Johnny was a tough game, and even tougher in a mirror match. We were both playing Athos holograms with Revised Voyager support, so we pretty regularly knew what the other person had on the table. In the end, we both only got one mission off, thanks to Insurrection, but I chose the wrong mission to start with and lost, 30-35. |

Round 3 | | Charlie Plaine | ML (-25) |
Matt was cranky that his deck was losing, so he dropped so Charlie could play. I didn't quite understand that he was jumping in to the tournament with two missed games for the last round, rather than just playing for fun, so I think I took some unnecessary chances with dilemmas and attempts that I wouldn't have, had I know it was a "real" game, but I don't think it make that much difference. His jemmies were just too cheap and too fast to be stopped. |
