Introduction
With Regionals season coming up, I really need to get something going that has some good potential. I'm hoping TOS is it. I've committed, and it's time to see where it will take me. Brought a version of a kill/I pick stops Tragic Pile to that I hope can avoid Overburdened.

Round 1TNGEdward PigmanML (-50)
I had played against Ed's deck before in a casual game, but I was using TNG as well. This time, I had a feeling what I was in for and didn't like it. My dilemma pile was stupid against him when I played the first time, but this match I knew a little better on how to slow him down. I was my own worst enemy in this matchup. Missing skills for mission completion? Yep. Spacing out during the game? Yep. I was crushing his events as he was getting them out which was cool, but he was microteaming the crap out me and edged out the win.

Round 2FerengiMaggie GeppertMW (+30)
Every time I play Maggie, she seems to go with Bajorans or Ferengi. With how Ferengi is faring right now, it was no surprise to me she was playing orange. To be honest, I'm not really up on Ferengi or their trickery, so when she was just saying "Moogie" over and over, flipping cards, putting them under Ferenginar and the such, I just sat there cross-eyed. She got over to the Ligos space mission, but I was fortunate enough to make her discard enough cards from under Ferenginar to prevent the double turn. She pretty much breezed through her second space mission and went to purchase that moon for 40 points. Then, it got ugly. My kill pile worked way too well. Her only ship was unable to be staffed and she could not complete the mission. She was up 60-40 at this time. I had completed a planet mission for 35 pts and got some Deploy the Fleet points. While Maggie was trying to come back, I put all my guys on the Enterprise-B and completed Breach Barrier on the first attempt with 14 guys. Even with the monster stack of dilemmas, I had enough attributes and the skills Mission accomplished aboard to get to 95 and a mod win as time was called. I made too many mistakes this game. The ONLY reason I won is that I crushed Maggie's away team on the planet.

Round 3TNGBrian LeonardFL (-60)View opponent's Report
Brian played some goooooooooooood TNG. I couldn't get anything going on missions. I couldn't stop him worth a lick with dilemmas. Mot and Vic made some guest appearances. Wiping the floor with me all around.

Closing Thoughts
Hey, hey. Ho, ho. This dilemma pile's got to go. Kill just isn't doing anything anymore. People are ready for it. "It's no surprise to me I am my own worst enemy." That is my Trek 2E mantra.
