Introduction |
The Land of 10,000 Champions League turned back the clock at The Original Champion's Challenge with a Premiere Only get-together inside MN Land's finest venue, the serene R.H. Stafford Library. A tremendous outpouring of support meant we drew eight men and two women for this sibling rivalry-esque slugfest. |
|
Round 1 | | Jeremy Benedict | FW (+65) |
The Razor was running TNG, but having abandoned Kamala on his first planet he was left susceptible to Antedian Assassins at the second. His rather toothless dilemma pile also meant I was able to one-attempt solve all three missions in this lightning fast game. FW 100-35. |
|
|
Round 2 | | Caleb Grace | FW (+70) |
A returning Jobber Champ was angling on taking advantage of the "play it as it reads" rule, using both Feldomite Rush and Explore Black Cluster. Unfortunately, in this clash of immortals he was short on staffing icons throughout and I was packing plenty of Geology and Programming for his dilemmas. FW 100-30. |
|
|
Round 3 | | Zach Magnuson | FW (-30) |
Herr Oberth was orchestrating his own Card / Rom concerto, but lacked Geology early and sufficient range late. Meanwhile, I craftily dodged an Aggressive Behavior by stopping everyone in front of it and then burned through Evacuate Colony thanks to a well-timed Comfort Women. FW 100-70. |

Round 4 | | Ben Johnson | FW (-100)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
Mankind was again piloting Romulans, but with higher cost ships and personnel simply couldn't keep up with my parade of skill and stat cheating midgets. In winning with this xenophobic alliance, I successfully returned the coveted Master's Jacket to the Money, Inc. family. FW 100-0. |
My deck rolled over and died from the start. Managed to kill one of Kris's peeps with my dilemmas.
Killed 11 personnel in 4 games. Also got my Romulan Disruptor out all 4 games to protect from Center of Attention. |
