Okay, Kitty Kat... This Feels Borderline Inappropriate |
Introduction |
Night of Champions kicked off with an ID Draft, a format half the field had never tried before. Props to everyone for their patience throughout, and to The Razor specifically for both putting the product together and insisting that each participant have at least two playable HQ's. |
Round 1 | | Galen Sjostrom | MW (-40) |
Lone Wolf was administering straight Cardassian, but couldn't seem to find the right mission skills when he needed them. Despite the general draw deck misfire, his sick dilemma pulls kept me from earning the shutout in overtime. MW 40-0. |
Round 2 | | Nat Kirton | MW (+15) |
The Beast from the East was running Klingon / Dominion, and had me reeling when he one attempt solved space. However, a well timed Best Interests at Heart combined with Conflict, The Hand of Apollo, & Uninvited bought me enough time to steal one at the wire. MW 45-30. |

Round 3 | | Jeremy Benedict | FW (+35) |
The Razor was piloting the smoothest creation of the bunch, DS9-E / Bajoran, and easily drew first blood. However, the Husnock Ship kept him hung up in space just long enough for me to score two missions in one turn and close out the 2E portion of Night of Champions on a high note. FW 70-35.
