StarfleetIt's Been a Long Night... Trying to Find My Way
Introduction
Following a forgettable performance with Starfleet in the Online League traditional gig, I felt compelled to try and right the wrong in my first of two weekend events on North Dakota soil. Despite landing in 2nd place by the slimmest of margins, the design exonerated itself quite admirably all things considered.

Round 1DS9Sabriel MastinFW (+100)
The Bombshell was utilizing DS9, but was held up at Survey Star System by Personal Duty, Gomtuu, and a double shot of Moral Choice. Following a pair of At What Cost?'s, I eventually bypassed a Recurring Injury via a timely Fitting In to wrap up the game in this light-hearted affair. FW 100-0.

Round 2TOSChris VolkFW (+60)
The Instant Classic was testing TOS, and had two ships in play before I had even left my HQ. However, Outclassed and Distraction thwarted subsequent attempts at Investigate Destruction, and with the Phoenix safely parked at Automated Repair Station I cruised to victory in this warp speed encounter. FW 100-40.

Round 3RelativityKevinFW (+35)
Kid Kash was piloting Relativity, but struggled with mission skill coverage from the onset despite easily churning through dilemmas. With the game on the line, a sole Chula: The Dice walled off a 13-man hard way attempt shortly before Hoshi & Co. knocked out Retrieve Material to raise the 'Fleet to a perfect 3-0 record. FW 100-65.

Closing Thoughts
While a forth round match against The Animal to determine a clear winner would have been ideal, time constraints necessitated we progress with the First Edition portion of the day's festivities. Still, posting an undefeated record in a dense field absent virtual cards is an achievement unto itself, even if none were officially earned.
