Round 1 Robert Petersen ML (-40) The Prodigy was administering Romulan, and ran interference with Atmospheric Ionization, Neuro Servo Device, and Temporal Rift. After I lost a decent crew with all hands thanks to his surprise Borg Ship, I knew it was only a matter of time to see if he could win full or settle for modified. ML 95-55. Round 2 Keith Rupp FW (+80) Killer was also dealing Klingon / Romulan, and like Robert had Explore Interstellar Matter stolen in rather short order. From there, I ran through a handful of space missions that lacked real dilemmas as he was notably short on space and dual dilemmas. FW 100-20. Round 3 Mark Muston FW (+100) The Basement was co-chairing Federation / Romulan, and guessed wrong on which missions I would go after as I blitzed through three space missions in rapid fashion due to a lack of dilemmas. Stealing Test Propulsion Systems left him questioning if I needed to get to 140 to win as I had not done a planet, but Kev as acting T.D. quickly referenced the Open rules and that was that.
