Introduction What better chance to nab some achievements than a limited-format tournament. I built this deck to get the Kli/Rom Uneasy Alliance, Command Decision (Every/All Premier Dilemmas), Highlander II, and Dual-HQ Achievements. All I can say about the dilemma pile is, and to quote Frid: "Ahh, The Dilemmas." The Genius was dealing Klingon / Romulan, but his achievement themed dilemma pile struggled to keep my mission solvers in check from start to finish. Following a Comfort Women fueled solve at Supervise Dilithium Mine, I plowed through a Maglock at Kressari Rendezvous to earn the shutout. FW 100-0. Round 2 rakesubrocket FL (-35)View opponent's ReportView original Report The Junior Frid was running the same HQ combo I was, and in this game, I was able to actually do two missions. He was able to get out enough people to double attempt missions, and eventually was able to win the time war of getting enough dilemmas under his missions. Good Game Kid. Round 3 Kevin Jaeger FL (-35)View opponent's ReportView original Report This was a pretty close game, with Kev's win coming down to a lucky happenstance of playing the "Long Game" and gacking a needed skill on the mission Before I needed it (Transporters). My last turn, I drew two or three transporter people as my last three draw/spend counters. I think I actually got lucky, and stopped a crew with Invidium Leak (an achievement all by itself). PS: My dilemma pile didn't need a diaper. As much as Matt was in front of me all game rd 2 i was in front of Barry the whole way here. I got a mission one attempt solved with 7 people. I solve another mission a turn later then was onto space. I inadvertantly played the long game and removed all his transporters so he couldnt solve rescue prisoners when i chose to fancy dan his second mission thinking he only had 2 geo for dilithium mine when he had 4...so i couldnt stop him but i nailed the transporters instead and that double time walked Barry and gave me the win. Closing Thoughts The deck was good, and the dilemma pile not as bad as I thought it would be. I'm glad I got this obscure achievement out of the way (one of only 18 to do so. Boo-Yah!). This was actually a pretty fun format.
