The Way of the Warrior |
Introduction |
Klingon solver with a light battle component.
You can get to 100 pts through missions so bonus pts from battle are only neccessary, if you play against Dominion or Phoenix decks. Otherwise use them to fuel AWC and Ja'chuq. |

Round 1 | | Ted Reebel | FW (+65) |
Ted was playing what I call Khan Tank. Khan with 50 pointers and Think Tank peeps. Battle was very much out of the question with the Think Tank ship at shields 12 and most of Khan's goonies at strength 8.
I did manage to battle him on Ceti Alpha V once in the beginning when he didn't have a lot of personnel in play to get 10 pts and two Ja'chuqs in.
From there on out it was a pretty straight forward game relying heavily on my dilemma pile to hold Ted off.

Round 2 | | Nathan W | FL (-30)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
A nail biter once again! It was touch and go all the way throughout the game.
Nate had a 60% chance to hit Kurn at my final attempt and he did. Otherwise I would've won |
"I really hoped the first species I met beyond the anomaly would be a Klingon." Ben struck first blood solving Cardassia Prime as I botched a Necessary Execution- he just had too many skills to go along with a Mantle'd Gowron. In a grueling back and forth, he avoided most of my firepower. In the end he had a ~50% chance to win as I needed to avoid Kurn in a 1/6 and select him in a 3/5. I got lucky and that's what happened for the FW. |

Round 3 | | Josef Lemberger | MW (+30) |
It's always such a pleasure to play against Josef. I'd say he got screwed pretty bad by the Lackey shuffle. We both had a pretty slow start. I had an opening hand with two ships, two events, two equipments and an interrupt. I relied heavily on JLP to jump in every chance he got to protect my Klingons. Also me knowing Bjaorans in and out helped with some efficient dilemma plays |
