...Wherever They May Go |
Introduction |
I wasn't even sure that I would go to today's tournament, but I was able to convince the wife and off I went. With such a late decision to go though, I really didn't have anything really planned, so I went for TNG Regular. |

Round 1 | | Edward Pigman | FL (-60) |
Started the tournament against Ed and his first attempt ever with TNG. His cadets were just too fast for me and I couldn't get the Enterprise-D early enough to do any good. Vic was able to throw some problems at Ed, but not enough to win. |

Round 2 | | Al Schaefer | FL (-45)View opponent's ReportView original Report |
I was able to throw some well-timed dilemmas at Al and his Bajorans early, but it didn't continue through the whole game. Again, I got beat by a faster deck. If I had one more turn, I might have taken it. |
Now I'm playing Mikes real deck. I get a decent start and decide to attempt a planet first and of course he draws Necessary Execution. Mike plays a bunch of high cost matching captains and Vic Fontaine and starts attempting in space. In spite of Vic, I'm able to prevent Mike from completing his first space mission until after I complete both my planet missions. He scored a ton of bonus points and went for his planet mission, but I was too far ahead for him to catch me.
The uber-bonus points are definitely scary, I don't think this is match-up the Bajorans will win every time. |

Round 3 | | Bye | BY (0) |
Sat and waited for everybody to finish. |
