Tournament Report - 2E Standard - Qo'noS Regional

StarfleetDamplaced 4.0
Introduction
As soon as I saw that there was going to be a regional tournament near Indianapolis, I started asking all of the Chicago playgroup if they were going. I was amazed at how many emphatic yeses that I heard. With that, #illinoisinvadesindiana was born. I came with a newly updated version of the Starfleet deck that I played at the Chicago regional. Big thanks to Ed Pigman for his insights.

Round 1RomulanJoshua SheetsMW (-5)
It took me a while to realize what Josh was trying to do with this deck. After a lot of thinking, I realized it was a Romulan Long Journey Home deck. Josh's dilemmas kept me pretty well locked. We went to time and I got the modified win only due to the fact that I had a space and a planet mission completed. 65-70

Round 2TOSCasey WickumFL (-100)View opponent's Report
Casey has TOS down to a science. I just couldn't draw the dilemmas I needed to stop him. He ran over me.

Round 3DS9-EarthCorbin JohnsonFW (+45)
Corbin really likes his DS9 or Earth-S9, and his Earth-S9 today was running on all cylinders. I was just really lucky that I was able to skill track his personnel pretty well and get some very fortuitous stops. It was a super close race that I was able to finish first thanks to Karyn Archer.

Round 4MaquisCarl BlackfordFW (+60)
Carl was the only Indiana native that I was able to play. I was really happy to get to play against some foreign meta. Carl was playing a basic DMZ Maquis build. My In Developments were just able to totally lock down Carl's mission attempts, and I was able to use Tacking to destroy For The Cause twice to slow him down even more. That was all she wrote.
