FerengiMore What You'd Call "Guidelines" 2.0
Introduction
I originally built my Theives deck as an achievement deck to test my theory that the hidden Ferengi achievement was to play with a deck containing no Rule cards. I ended up being wrong about that but I did have fun playing the deck. Now that I have scrapped the No Rules stipulation, I have a little more space to work with this deck, including using Rule #33.

Round 1TNGDaniel MattesonFW (+25)
I had an excellent starting hand filled with good theives like Brunt and Tallera. I was able to hold Dan off with very fortunate dilemma draws and get my 100 points the easy way with the two 40 point missions and bonus points from Tallera and the Ent-A.

Round 2VoyagerAmber Van BreemenFW (+40)
This game was very similar to the first. The only difference was that 15 of my points came from Display of Wealth instead. I was even able to pull off an equipment trade with Self-Sealing Stem Bolts to get a card on the Display of Wealth.

Round 3KlingonJohannes KlarhauserFL (-95)View opponent's Report
Just got caught behind the 8-ball with a lot of stops from the dilemmas this deck hates to face. Nothing I could do.

Round 4DS9-EarthKris SonstebyFL (-100)View opponent's Report
I think I had the worst opening draw that is possible with this deck while Kris had the best. I drew 3 interrupts, 2 non-theives, and a Display of Wealth while Kris belched out four personnel first turn including Lwaxana. I had no way to come back from that horrible start.

Closing Thoughts
The deck still needs some work but there is definitely something there. Organized Crime is an insanely good card especially if I can steal Surprise Party or GUYS etc. Brunt downloading Gint was a good trick that people weren't expecting. I do think though that Display of Wealth suffers from some bad design. Six theives to play it is a little much. But hey! With this tournament, I went over 500 lifetime WCT points! I'm the first of the Chicago group to do that. Yeah!
