Michael Moskop (Comicbookhero) Tournament Report - 1E - Online Event 2014-10-13 - 12:00 AM OTF TNG Rom 10/2014 Introduction I did good locally with TNG Romulans in our last Block tournament, so I decided to expand the deck for OTF play. Round 1 Thomas Kamiura FL (-60) TNG Romulans versus TNG Romulans. Exactly the matchup I didn't want and he drew into a Defensive Measures super early. It was downhill from there. Round 2 Chris A. Mead FL (-95) Oh great, another matchup I didn't want, TNG Klingon battle. The game actually came down to a massive screwup on my end. I said that I ended my turn and immediately realized I hadn't cloaked my ship. He blew it up and that was the game. Round 3 Matt Kirk FL (-25) Oh great! Another TNG Romulan deck. Matt ended up capturing some key people and killing some others and I just gave up after that. Round 4 Mr Slade FL (-35) This game kinda infuriated me because I had a guaranteed win next turn. Now you may ask why I didn't get that turn that I needed. It is because I was shut down for three turns due to six copies of Loss of Orbital Stability and because four of my big dilemmas were practically nullified by Security Drills. Two NPE's in one game. Great. Round 5 Bye BY (0) After all that BS, I earned my bye. Closing Thoughts So, not a very fun tournament for me.
