So I got the fed deck randomly, imo one fo the weaked decks in block, with their battel restrictions, and lack of people to pass certen dilemmas the other dekcs have, (officers for mag locks and engenniers for scows). I was busy it was the first day iI forgot to take game notes. Round 1 Matthew Hayes FW (+100) Mat was not realyl used to battle tactiks and i saw him comming so when the klingons attack the feds took damage but ultimatly came out on top and retalated the next turn takign a ship out with out losing one them selves. the set him back enough i was able to get to 100 befor him. Round 2 Sean O'Reilly FW (+25) those ferengi dillemas are harsh they have the best set imo I got lucky and got to 100 first, It started with me stealign a universal mission self seeding a DL dillema and diplomatic intervention onyl to find he had a spock in his deck! btu i was far enough away that i was still able to solve after the count down before he could get there. Round 3 Unjustly Banned FL (-20)View opponent's ReportView original Report I lost, i could not hold off the power of the british invation. Ken was playing Federation, and this game went a lot like my game with Matt. Ken had cleared through one mission, all except for Wind Dancer - he was waiting to draw Koral to pass it; and he had solved a second. Meanwhile, I had solved two missions. The turning point came when Ken hit Linguistic Legerdemain. He said he only had three Exobiology in the deck, and none of it was in play, so he was stopped from attempting his mission for five turns too. While Ken worked on his fourth mission, I had the time to blow through my third mission and take the win. Incidentally, Ken's two copies of Koral were the last two cards in his deck. Probably the only time I'm going to beat one of the best First Editioin players in the world. FW: 100-80 Closing Thoughts Lost the last round but won the tournament on the tie breaker... Sealed is always fun, this was no exception, atm i fell block is best sealed as full block just dose not have a big enough card pool yet for constructed decks.
